چکیده
Abstract. Land degradation is a global barrier to ecological, economic and sustainable developments. Climate change, natural disasters, human activities may result changes in soil organic carbon content, land productivity use/cover. change accelerating expanding these degraded areas. If destruction not minimized, cause increasing population, inappropriate use, climate rapid depletion of resources etc. the coming years. It estimated that desertification will be most important environmental problems. Mapping using remote sensing techniques; determining sensitive areas for taking protection measures; management resources, ensuring agricultural production, are key factors. This study was conducted Seyhan basin, which suffer from loss processes, cover use. These indicators are; trends dynamics, stocks. The data set utilized reveal including; 1 km resolution Productivity JRC GLOBAL (1999–2013) 250 m NDVI MOD13Q1 (2000–2015), Cover ESA CCI's with 300 LC SOC stock LUCAS (JRC) resolution, 2000–2018 CORINE. basin mapped specified together One Out All (1OAO) rule.

متن کاملThe Impact of Land Use/Land Cover Changes on Groundwater Resources Using Remote Sensing & GIS (Case Study: Khan-Mirza Plain)
Hydrological status and water table fluctuations are directly related to land use and/or land cover (LULC) changes in each area. In this research, the impact of LULC changes on groundwater quantity and quality of Khan-Mirza Plain, in the northern Karun watersheds, was investigated. For this purpose, Landsat 5, 7 and 8 satellite images and ETM and OLI sensors were employed to prepare the L...

According to recent Studies, about 60 percent of surface waters and 57 Percent ground waters are located in snowy zones in Iran. In most areas of northern hemisphere and alpine environment areas, snow melt lead to the maximum instantaneous flow rate and is an important part of annual discharge. The present study investigated the effect of snowmelt on the surface waters and ground waters in B...
متن کاملEvaluation of Land Cover Changes Ysing Remote Sensing Technique (Case study: Hableh Rood Subwatershed of Shahrabad Basin)
The growing population and increasing socio-economic necessities creates a pressure on land use/land cover. Nowadays, land use change detection using remote sensing data provides quantitative and timely information for management and evaluation of natural resources. This study investigates the land use changes in part of Hableh Rood Watershed of Iran using Landsat 7 and 8 (Sensor ETM+ and OLI) ...
متن کاملDrought Analysis of Alvand Boundary River Using Remote Sensing Data
Extended abstract 1- Introduction The study of the behavior of rivers in the arid and dry areas is one of the most important tasks in the country. Because the area has increased the effects of drought due to the sensitivity of the area and rainfall shortage, it causes changes in the flow and sediment regime, water resources, agriculture, and so on. Since plants react more precisely to t...
